Expiration Period of Points
Diamond Points have an expiration period of 1 year. You can stack your points until they reach an expiration date. Make sure to exchange your points for discounts vouchers before they expire. Once you exchange them, you cannot return or exchange the points for any other form of payment.
Diamond Monthly Levels can only be collected once you make a purchase. Monthly level is valid for one calendar month. Once a new calendar month starts, the fun starts again!
